Giving Respectful Feedback at Work

Giving Respectful Feedback at Work
Workshop with HR Consultant Dave Knutson
Mon Aug 10, 5:30-7:30pm at the Hive
Presented by The Hive Paonia, Region 10, and Delta County Economic Development

It is not easy to give someone unsolicited feedback. Yet respectful feedback is a gift when delivered with a win-win outcome as the goal. This session will focus on those times when you find actions of another are getting in your way or are unacceptable to you. We will cover timing of feedback while working on structuring and delivering the message. This will be a hands on session, experiential, not a lecture.
